Beyond Imaginable.....

If we could write our feelings on a large marqee in all capital letters it would only hit the tip of the iceberg for how grateful and happy we are with the whole experience.

Hotel Akumal Caribe (Steve, you know what you did for us and another email/letter is to follow :) went above and beyond. We were impressed with everything from the service to the accommodations to the food to the whole vibe of the hotel and staff.

We are now swamped with getting back to reality, preparing to move and getting ready for a new turn in our lives but we will send a proper email and letter of gratitude (to key players--reception staff, Andres, Victor, Gina...) and thanks to the hotel and staff with as many details as we can remember to be thankful for the entire week and our wedding day.

We will also give a raving review on Tripadvisor.com (we'll encourage other guests to write reviews as well). We will also send you pics of the wedding day as soon as we receive them and filter through them to pick the best of the best.

As for our guests; we have some that are planning an every other year reunion at the hotel! On behalf of our guests, they were thoroughly impressed as well, saying things like "dream wedding", "perfect place to spend a vacation"...."we are coming back"....it goes on!

Laura, as we are sure you know, you have an incredibly well-run, friendly, efficient and professional staff. From pleasantly dealing with our 101 questions to delivering bags to water to accommadating our guests to creating a sign in front of the Cannon House Suite to delivering a beautiful wedding including top-notch service and a beautiful pastry table...seriously, we could go on and on and on......We were thoroughly pleased on a daily/(hourly!) basis with our decision to have our wedding week at Hotel Akumal Caribe.

It will live in our memories as one of the best decisions we've ever made as now husband and wife! (Steve--thanks for guiding us towards Hotel Akumal Caribe--for lack of better words--Great Find!)
