Grouper Veracruz Style - Traditional Mexican cuisine with the Spanish Influence of capers, olives and tomatoes. Grouper Lol-Ha - Served with our homemade coconut curry sauce and julienne cut sweet peppers Grouper Tikin Xik - Marinated in achiote and cooked with tomatoes, onions and green peppers, in the Yucatan style. Shrimp Ajillo - Sizzling with lots of garlic , onions and dried chiles. Panko Crusted Scallops - With cilantro-mint vinaigrette Chicken Mango - Chicken breast cooked in a sweet mango sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables. Coconut Curried Chicken - Marinated boneless chicken breast in a fusion of Thai and Indian flavors served over steamed coconut jasmine rice and homemade chutney. Seafood Stuffed Poblano Peppers - A delicate mix of fish, shrimp and octopus in a white wine cream sauce.
