We welcome Walter Balan Canul, our new F&B Manager that will oversee the entire operation to encompass purchasing, inventory control, cost control, training and supervision.
Originally from Tabasco, he grew up in Yucatan. His professional experience started out in Cancun at Hotel Bahia Maya and later on to the Riviera Maya at the Gran Flamenco Xcaret. After that he was in Canada for 5 years working in two Restaurants in Toronto. He returned to Cancun in 2009 to work in Azul Sensatori, Dreams Riviera and Azul Fives before coming to Lolha Restaurant.
Victor will remain in his position as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Sam will continue as Bar Manager and assist as well.
