I've been meaning to write you to thank you for giving us such a wonderful family reunion at your amazing retreat! Everything was perfect from the staff to the dinners to the lodging to the beach to the scenery to the snorkeling to the cats to the drinks! It was truly one of the best vacations I have ever had. My family had such a positive experience. We really enjoyed being together and getting to know one another on many different levels. You have created such an ideal spot there in Akumal. Please give special thanks to all of your waitstaff and office people such as Mario, Miguel, Agustin, Adriana, and of course, Fatima. I don't think I could have had such a relaxing vacation without her. My baby had so much fun playing with her, and she was always available and flexible in meeting my needs. I would love to thank her personally if you could send me her email.
Again, gracias for everything. It was a pleasure speaking with you all of these months. I really appreciate all of your hard work and attention to detail on our behalf. We had a memorable family reunion---one that will stay in our minds for years and years to come.
