Condo 1 is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit located on Half Moon Bay. There are only 4 condos in this complex, and they share a terrace overlooking the bay.

Half Moon Bay is just minutes away from the main bay of Akumal. We recommend you rent a golf cart or a car to get around. Please make sure you get a bracelet when checking in for use of the pool and beach chairs at the Hotel.

Half Moon Bay is great for the avid snorkeler and, during Turtle Season, is one of the nesting sites monitored by our Ecological Association.

The view of the Caribbean from the terrace of Condo 1 at sunrise and with a full moon is amazing!

Condo 1 is on the ground floor and has the following amenities:

Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout
Full kitchen – coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove/oven, blender
Living room/ Dining room- facing the bay with sliding glass doors on to a patio that has a table and chairs, with a BBQ ( charcoal)
Master Bedroom – with bath attached. King bed ,
Twin Bedroom – Two twin beds, bathroom in hallway.
Both bathrooms have full showers ( no bathtub)
TV with DVD player and a stock of movies
CD Music Player and stock of CD’s

Ecological notes

Please be aware that Half Moon Bay is not within comfortable walking distance to the main bay of Akumal and Club Akumal Caribe. We recommend renting a car or golf cart.

These units are not part of Club Akumal Caribe. We are booking agents for the owners. Pool facilities of Club Akumal Caribe are not for guests staying at these units.

All other services of our hotel are open to anyone, including Spa, Kids Club, Dive shop, Boutiques, Super Market, and all Food service facilities at Lolha restaurant.
